Law Enforcement
Information for authorized law-enforcement agencies seeking to contact Roesas.
This page is not an emergency channel
Roesas does not operate a staffed law-enforcement desk, does not provide 24-hour coverage, and has no emergency disclosure line. An urgent matter involving a risk to life should be pursued through the channels your agency already uses for that purpose. Nothing on this page should be relied on as a route to an immediate response.
Roesas is operated by Roesas Operations LLC, a Florida limited liability company. An authorized law-enforcement agency seeking information concerning Roesas, an account, or an advertisement published here should contact Roesas Operations LLC through the legal channel below.
How to make contact
Write to roesas.ad.services@gmail.com from an official agency address, identifying yourself, your agency and the legal basis for the request. Roesas does not publish a street address for service; the operating address is a private residence.
It helps to identify the material precisely — the web address of an advertisement, or the account email address — and to state the period the request concerns. Roesas holds far less than agencies often expect: it does not verify identity documents itself, does not receive or store them, and has no visibility of anything that happens away from the platform.
What Roesas does not undertake
These are stated because their absence matters more than their presence would.
- There is no 24-hour or on-call law-enforcement staffing, and no emergency response capability.
- No response time is guaranteed, and no acknowledgement is guaranteed.
- No preservation period is guaranteed. A preservation request is read, but Roesas does not represent that any particular record exists, or that it will be retained for any particular length of time.
- Roesas does not confirm or deny the existence of an account or a record outside a lawful process.
Roesas may cooperate with law enforcement and other lawful authorities, and may disclose information where it is required or permitted by law to do so. The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy set out that position in full.
If you are not a law-enforcement agency
This page is not a reporting channel. To tell Roesas about suspected trafficking or exploitation connected to an advertisement, use the trafficking and exploitation report, which needs no account and lists the authorities to contact as well. The Safety policy explains what Roesas does and does not check.
